Do smash rooms really work?
Research shows that taking time to de-stress is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, just like diet and exercise. Long-term studies show that venting emotions is an effective short-term way to prevent emotions from being bottled up and allowed to fester. Our goal is to provide you with an outlet for stress relief that’s fun and enjoyable for anyone. This isn’t meant to replace anger management or mental health treatments, but rather to be an activity that we can add into our schedules to let loose, de-stress, and feel refreshed.
Is it safe?
Safety is our first priority. All participants are provided with all safety gear. Participants are required to wear closed toed shoes and full covering clothes as well as sign a waiver accepting possible risks inherent to the activity before entering smash room. We try to minimize risk as much as possible at Smash It without sacrificing any fun. Our goal is that each participant has an exciting and safe experience in our smash room.
